Each Key can configure daily quota, concurrency, and durations; 0 = unlimited. Environment keys are always active and not listed here.

Admins can manage accounts, API keys, and other users. Regular users can view the dashboard and verify accounts, but cannot add/delete accounts or manage API keys.
